orgPhone - Update to new version 
1. Go to folder "C:\Programme\orgAnice Software\orgAnice 5.0\Phone"
2. Unregister old version of COM by use “unreg_COM_XP.bat” (for update from organic ever. 4 use “unRegXPver04.bat”). 
(*.bat file is inside zip with update)
3. Copy new files from zip with update to folder as above. 
4. Register new version of COM by „reg_COM_XP.bat” 
5. You can use orgPhone new version now. 
6. Install TeliMan Client 
7. You can use TeliMan Client separately to orgAnice database and orgPhone separately to TeliMan now. 
8. Set segistry key by file “TMC_Use_orgAnice_on.reg”, close orgAnice and TeliMan and start them again. 
orgAnice is connected with TeliMan now. 
TeliMan checks orgAnice database for incoming or outgoing calls (searching for contact). 
You can make call from orgAnice software. 
You can open orgPhone “Internal call” dialog from TeliMan (menu File).

The IP parameter must not be used. Otherwise TeliBar won't start.

BCI_TAXA – Quick start 23.08.2009

BCI_TAXA_to_xls.exe – Quick start 23.08.2009
1. Copy your taxa files into “BCI_TAXA_to_xls\Ready”
2. Run BCI_TAXA_to_xls.exe and press button.
3. Wait for “Ready” message box
4. Result file is BCI_TAXA_Log.txt in “BCI_TAXA_to_xls\” folder.

BCI_TAXA_2_0_15_2011_08_17 – version for multi CTI Server
This version works OK with multi CTI_Server as single instance application but with multi configuration. Prepare configurations by add “0, 1, …” configurations of FTP and SQL and CTI_Config.mdb.
When update BCI_TAXA, you must reconfigure all configurations because application does not use old single registry values in new multi xml configuration.

There may be announcements VoiceBox following files:
a) File in redirection config string,
b) User can record directly from your own TeliBar,
c) User (properties) has a default configuration file "VoiceBox file",
d) the CCU has a file "VoiceBox_DefaultMessage.wav".
CTI Server sends to the CCU configuration string for redirection to VoiceBox.
Configuration string will now have an extra field with the default file (path + file) "VoiceBox file" from the user configuration (item c above).
CCU select file:
• If there is a file "a" it will be used
• Else -
• If there is a file "b" it will be used
• Else -
• If there is a file "c" it will be used
• Else
• File "d" will be used

1.For use FallBack with WaitingQueue please set  “Fallback from WQ [s]” to value > 0.
2.For use FallBack type “Transfer” please check radio “Rufnummer” and write down destination number.
3.For use FallBack type “VoiceBox” please check radio “VoiceBox”.
4.For case when radio “Rufnummer” selected without any destination then type VoiceBox will used.
CCU_1_0_532_2012_01_29 – XCAPI, BProtocol
For XCAPI CCU must use BProtocol definition. It is default now (begin version CCU_1_0_532_2012_01_29).

1. Add Desktops, DesktopsGroups, SpeedDials and Planer tables to SQL database using CTI_Client.sql.
2. Configure SQL Database for each user using CTI_Server’s  CTI_Config (Benutzerverwaltung tab) – context menu on selected users.
3. Each user can use different assignment method for database rows:
    - UserName: Rows in database will be identified by UserName
   - InternalNumber (default): Rows in database will be identified by InternalNumber.
4. Database password and userName are constant (equal to protocol database).
5. CTI_Client will get Central Users database configuration from CTI_Server on login. If Configuration is empty CTI_Client will use local CTI_Client.sdf database instead.

1. Add ACD_Groups table to SQL database.

3. Configure global SQL database for CTI_Server using CTI_Config (Allgemein tab)
4. Run CTI_Server, redirection with destination number = ACD_Group name will be automatically translated to list of numbers from database. Creating redirection is possible by CTI_Config (context menu on redirection gridview)

Special prefix for enable multi searching and for replace by “0” is “%” now.
Befor changes it was “*”
Function multi search for number with with prefix “*” is no serviced by CTI_Server now.
This prefix character “*” will be visible in Protocol table now.

If  user configuration "CLIP no screening mask" is not set then CTI_Server use user EAZ and registry [HKLM_CTIS]/TeliRemote/MakeCall_InternalNumberPrefix_FinalDigitCount and [HKLM_CTIS]/TeliRemote/MakeCall_InternalNumberPrefix for produce mask.
