CCU_1_0_487_2011_12_23 – Which VoiceBox message CCU use 
There may be announcements VoiceBox following files: 
a) File in redirection config string, 
b) User can record directly from your own TeliBar, 
c) User (properties) has a default configuration file "VoiceBox file", 
d) the CCU has a file "VoiceBox_DefaultMessage.wav". 
CTI Server sends to the CCU configuration string for redirection to VoiceBox. 
Configuration string will now have an extra field with the default file (path + file) "VoiceBox file" from the user configuration (item c above). 
CCU select file: 
• If there is a file "a" it will be used 
• Else - 
• If there is a file "b" it will be used 
• Else - 
• If there is a file "c" it will be used 
• Else 
• File "d" will be used 
CCU_1_0_487_2011_12_23 – Service "Play message" for TeliBar

1.For use FallBack with WaitingQueue please set  “Fallback from WQ [s]” to value > 0. 
2.For use FallBack type “Transfer” please check radio “Rufnummer” and write down destination number. 
3.For use FallBack type “VoiceBox” please check radio “VoiceBox”. 
4.For case when radio “Rufnummer” selected without any destination then type VoiceBox will used. 
CCU_1_0_532_2012_01_29 – XCAPI BProtocol 
For XCAPI CCU must use BProtocol definition. It is default now (begin version CCU_1_0_532_2012_01_29). 
For disable it please use registry [HKLM]\[CCU]\Engine\ "BProtocol"="0"  (where [CCU]=SOFTWARE\ROMICO\CCU).

Qbar pick transfer general information  
  This function is for drag and drop waiting Qbar call into TeliMan. Drag waiting call (button) onto TeliMan button or TeliMan contact button for transfer call to this phone number. Only waiting call button dragging is possible (no VoiceBox or ConsultCall)
Qbar pick transfer quick start  
  Drag waiting call (button) from QBar onto TeliMan main button or TeliMan contact button for transfer call to this phone number (EAZ or Phone1). Only waiting call button dragging is possible (no VoiceBox or ConsultCall)

Configuration of ‘CLIP no screening’ is possible inside CAPI_Engine dialog in extended view. There is new tree menu position ‘CLIP no screening’.
CCU_1_0_652_2012_04_18 - CalledId replacing
CCU sends back CalledId to CTI_Server for replace in consult call protocol record
Notice this is for enabled [Send CallerId for replace to CTI_Server] (option in CCU transfer configuration).
It is for "Consult Call" only.
CCU_1_0_655_2012_05_03 - WaitingQueue service VPN nubers
Status of VPN users is send to CCU in 3 cases:
1. CCU ask about status of all,
2. VPN server connect to CTI_Server,
3. VPN user status changed (absent or busy)
Notice that phone number sent to CCU is form colum “Von anderen Standorten erreichbar unter” of CTI_Server configurator (Multi-Server part of configuration)
CTI-Server sends destination number with DialOutPrefix to CCU
There are both versions of destination number at destination list:
[069123456789]1234567879 – in brackets is number with dial out prefix.
CCU use number after brackets for find destination with OnFree flag.
CCU use number from backets for CosultCall.

TeliRemote CallBack (outgoing) alghoritm:
General:
Connect me with any contact by CallBack, show my office number for its.
System will call Client in his hotel room next call to contact.
System will connect both calls.
Contact will see Client office phone number instead of hotel phone number.
Details:
Client uses CTI_Client by notebook and go to call Contact phone number.
CTI_Server sends to CCU action TeliRemote CallBack with params: TeliRemote number and Contact number and Client office phone number as ClipNoScreening mask. (receive msg) (response msg)

1. TeliRemote Callback (outgoing) can be service by CTI_Server or by CCU now – settings in registry [HKLM_CTIS] /TeliRemote/Type=CTI/CCU. 
2. For use CCU TeliRemote CallBack must be settings of CCU msn list for use as TeliRemote – registry [HKLM_CTIS] /TeliRemote/MsnList.
3. Virtual call is showing in CTI_Client for TeliRemote call – enable by registry [HKLM_CTIS] /TeliRemote/VirtualCall_Enable.

CCU_1_0_978_2012_12_31 - TeliRemote CallTrough
Set TeliRemote number at my office phone number
TeliRemote number can be phone number of room in hotel or mobil phone.
Details:
1.     Client is anywhere.
2.     Client set its current phone number (mobile or hotel number) as TeliRemote number (by TeliBar or TeliTouch).
Connect incoming call from contact with my TeliRemote number.
1.     System received incoming call from Contact to Office number of Client.
2.     System will call Client at its TeliRemote number.
3.     Next System will connect both calls.
4.     Client will see Contact phone number.
Details:
1.Contact calling Client office number.
2.CTI_Server sends to CCU action IncomingTeliRemote with params: TeliRemoteNumber and Contact number as ClipNoScreening mask.
3.CTI_Server transfers Contact call to CCU.
4.CCU calls Client TeliRemoteNumber uses  ClipNoScreening mask and wait for Client answer.
5. CCU answer incoming call from Contact (transfered by CTI_Server).
6.CCU connects both calls by LineInterconnect.
7.CCU sends protocol to CTI_Server everytime after call hang up. 
8.CTI_Server writes protocol record. 
Configuration:

1. TeliRemote CallTrough (incoming) can be service by CTI_Server or by CCU now – settings in registry [HKLM_CTIS] /TeliRemote/Type=CTI/CCU. 
2. For use CCU TeliRemote CallTrough must be settings of CCU msn list for use as TeliRemote – registry [HKLM_CTIS] /TeliRemote/MsnList.
3. Virtual call is showing in CTI_Client for TeliRemote call – enable by registry [HKLM_CTIS] /TeliRemote/VirtualCall_Enable.
4. CLIP – no screening function uses as mask number incoming contact number (for call to TeliRemote number).
CCU_1_0_1078_2013_03_14 - CLIP no screening configuration
CCU uses "CLIP no screening" for WaitingQueue and TryAndConnect (option in configuration).
When CCU makes consult call then use as "CLIP no screening" mask value from field CallerId of waiting-call.
Function "Send Call Information for replace to CTI server" works independent to function "CLIP no screening" with this exception - 
when "CLIP no screening" then "Send Call Information for replace to CTI server" uses "CLIP no screening" mask (without prefix)
as key for recognize incoming call by CTIServer (CallerId), it uses Msn when no "CLIP no screening".
There is new option "Add external prefix to mask (for internal destinations)" for improve received from Telecom mask (CallerId) without first 0 (option in configuration).
When problems with last function please check CTI_Server configuration "Filter external prefixes" too.
Timeout for reserve lines changed default from 7 to 3 s
CCU_1_0_1418_2013_06_14 - Auto Message Dialer
CCU select Tephonnumerr list from table Peotocol by query

When call is no connected (for example busy) then number is moved to end of list and call again max 3 times (default, see registry for change it).
It is possible block another CCU functionality when you use to many channels for dialer, especially when you have 1 controler with 2 lines.
